China issues white paper on IPR protection The Information Office of the State Council, China's cabinet, Thursday issued a white paper titled New Progress in China's Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

BJP demands White Paper on funds allotted to TN The Centre should come out with a white paper on the schemes and funds allotted during the last 10 months to Tamil Nadu, a state represented by 12 Union ministers, the state unit of the BJP said today.

Commission prepares White Paper and Action Plan on Communication The outlines of Commissioner Wallström's plans to improve the EU's communication towards its citizens are becoming clearer after the Commission held a special internal seminar on 23 April.
At the start of the Barroso Commission, Commissioner Wallström was given the task of finding ways to improve the Union's communication with its citizens.
